Here's what you need to do:
1. First, download "Anime Character Generator"
http://khmix.sakura.ne.jp/download.shtml or
http://rapidshare.com/files/135101094/Anime_Character_Generator.rar.html
2. Then, get and install Applocale. If you already have it, skip this step.
http://alcahest.club.fr/perso/apploc/applocale.html
3. Extract the generator and run "character.exe" with applocale.
4. Explore the various options. The box on the bottom is an accessory box (アクセソリ), and you have to remove some of the items from the box on the right to add new ones (just double click them).
5. When you're done, press F6 to save the result. Upload the PNG here! If you feel like it, you can even write a short description, why you have chosen the specific hairstyle, outfit, etc.
