The new Mac Mini has an all new unibody design and maxes out at only 1.4 inches thin. The standard configuration is 2.4 GHz and that comes with 2 GB of RAM and a 320 GB Hard drive. The server model is slightly faster coming in at 2.66 GHz and 4 GB of RAM. The server also brings a dual-500 GB Hard drive to the table. It also now has an HDMI port and SD card slot on the back.

Apple seems to be marketing the new Mac mini as an Apple TV Replacement with the new HDMI port.
The new Mac mini has a fully accessible back making it more like a "Pro" machine.

The new Mac mini looks great with the Apple LED display and standard input peripherals.
Apple’s eye on green computing remains, this model has cut power consumption by 25 percent to under 10W at idle, less than half the power required by competing systems.
